The Florida Aquarium
in Tampa, Florida has a unique lobby space which they wished to transform with a relief sculpture that also functions as a donor wall.
Ripples of Life curves with the building’s unique interior, incorporating various sculptural elements into overlapping ripple patterns and includes its own fully programmable, color-changing LED lighting system.
We collaborated with painter and electrical engineer Carrie Jadus to develop the concept and see the project through to fruition.
Ripples of Life specs:

"By emphasizing forms found in nature and repeated by a variety of species across the planet, the viewer becomes connected to these "Ripples of Life" on many levels, adding to the depth of the experience." - Mark Aeling
